Your right to request deletion
You may request deletion of your FlowState Teacher account and associated personal data by using the in-app flow (signed-in users: Profile → Delete account) or by emailing support@achieveflowstate.com from the address associated with your account.

What we delete
We will delete or anonymize personal data tied to your account where feasible, subject to legal and technical constraints.
What we may retain
We may retain certain records where required for legal, regulatory, tax, payment, fraud prevention, audit, or security purposes, or where deletion would compromise the integrity of backups until those backups expire.
Community posts may be deleted, anonymized, or left with attribution removed depending on system design and legal obligations.
Integrations
Disconnect third-party integrations before deletion if you want those providers to stop receiving new data from FlowState. Some historical data may remain with those providers under their policies.
How requests are processed
In-app requests create a deletion request record for our team to process. We do not delete authentication accounts automatically from the client; processing is completed server-side after verification.
