FlowState Teacher provides software tools to help qualified movement teachers plan classes, review flow quality, and teach with structured cues and timing. Features evolve over time; we aim to ship changes in a measured way and communicate when something meaningfully affects how you work.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping access credentials secure. You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live. The product is built for professional teachers and studios—not for unsupervised self-diagnosis or medical treatment.

• Do not misuse the service, attempt to break security, or interfere with other users.
• Do not use the product to generate or distribute content that is unlawful, harassing, or discriminatory.
• Respect intellectual property: yours, your studio's, and third parties'.

FlowState supports your teaching; it does not replace your certification, scope of practice, studio policies, or professional judgment. You remain solely responsible for what you teach, how you cue, and how you adapt to students in the room.

FlowState and its licensors own the software, branding, and materials we provide. You retain rights to the original content you create in the product, subject to the licenses needed for us to operate the service (for example, storing and displaying your flows so you can access them).

The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that outputs from drafting tools will be error-free or appropriate for every population; you must review and adapt plans before teaching.

To the extent permitted by law, FlowState’s liability for issues arising from your use of the website or app will be limited as described in any supplemental terms presented at signup or purchase. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

Paid plans may be offered over time. When billing is available, prices, renewal terms, and cancellation paths will be shown clearly in the app before you commit. This marketing website does not process payments.

You may stop using the service at any time. You may request account deletion as described in our Account deletion notice. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect users and the service.

We may update these terms as the product matures. Continued use after notice can constitute acceptance of material updates, except where applicable law requires a different process.
