Help for FlowState Teacher

We support qualified movement teachers using FlowState on iOS and Android. This page explains how to reach us, what to include, and what to expect.

Email support

For product questions, access issues, billing questions when enabled, integrations, or account help, write to support@achieveflowstate.com. We typically reply within one business day (often sooner). Complex studio rollouts may take a little longer while we route you to the right person.

Before you write

  • The email address you use to sign in (so we can find your account).
  • Your platform (iOS or Android) and app version if you know it.
  • What you were trying to do, and what happened instead—screenshots welcome.
  • For integrations: which provider (for example Mindbody or Google Calendar) and whether you can sign in there.

What we can help with

We can help with FlowState Teacher features, account access, and documented integrations where they are enabled for your workspace. We cannot provide medical advice, diagnose injuries, or override your studio’s policies—you stay responsible for what you teach and how you cue.
