Overview
This Subscription Terms & Refund Policy (“Subscription Policy”) supplements our Terms of Service and describes how paid access to FlowState Teacher works, including billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds. Effective date: May 4, 2026.

Paid plans and payment methods
FlowState may offer paid subscriptions, add-ons, or one-time purchases. Fees, billing cycles, trial length (if any), and included features are shown at purchase time on the FlowState web account before you pay.
Basic and Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe on the web (your FlowState web account). The iOS and Android apps show subscription status but do not process subscription purchases in-app. Stripe's terms and privacy policy apply in addition to ours.
Automatic renewal
Unless stated otherwise at purchase, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period for the then-current price (plus applicable taxes) until you cancel.
You are responsible for canceling before the renewal date if you do not want to be charged again. We do not guarantee reminder emails or in-app notices; do not rely on them as your only cue to cancel.
Mobile apps and web account billing
The FlowState Teacher mobile apps (iOS and Android) display your subscription status and which features are unlocked, but subscription checkout, payment method updates, and cancellation are handled through your FlowState web account and Stripe.
To subscribe or manage billing, sign in on the web (for example app.achieveflowstate.com) and use Profile → Billing or Payments, or the “Manage subscription” control when shown.
Stripe billing and customer portal
When you pay through Stripe on the web, cancellation and billing management are handled through the FlowState / Stripe billing experience we provide (Stripe Checkout to subscribe and the Stripe customer portal via “Manage subscription”), and through Stripe's systems as applicable.
Refund requests may be reviewed case-by-case when you contact support@achieveflowstate.com. We are not obligated to grant refunds except where required by law or by Stripe's rules.
Pricing changes
We may change subscription prices, fees, or plan features. Where applicable law or platform rules require advance notice, we will provide notice in a reasonable manner (for example in-app, by email, or at renewal) before the new price takes effect for your next renewal.
Taxes
Stated prices may exclude sales, use, VAT, GST, or other taxes. You are responsible for any taxes imposed on your purchase and for keeping billing and tax information accurate.
Failed payments and access
If a payment fails, is disputed, or is reversed, we may limit, suspend, downgrade, or revoke access to paid features until payment succeeds or the account is brought into good standing.
FlowState does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the service. Downtime, maintenance, third-party outages, or account status may affect availability.
Refund policy
Stripe purchases: refund requests may be reviewed case-by-case when you contact support@achieveflowstate.com. We do not guarantee refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, or change of mind, except where required by law or by Stripe's rules.
Promotional pricing, introductory offers, or free trials may convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends through the same channel you used to start the trial.
How to cancel
Web / Stripe: Use “Manage subscription” in Profile → Billing or Payments on the FlowState web account, or email support@achieveflowstate.com from the address on your account for help locating the Stripe customer portal.
Canceling stops future renewals; you may retain access to paid features until the end of the period you already paid for, unless Stripe or we state otherwise.
